Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, effective scheduling, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve issues, and manage inquiries efficiently.
