  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR and recruitment processes to provide accurate information.
  • Manage a high volume of calls and emails with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • HS Grad with 6 months experience
  • College Grad/SHS at least 2 years experience in BPO
