- Represent JetSon Manpower Agency as a Customer Service Representative.
- Function as the frontline contact for clients, assisting with their recruitment needs.
- Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases appropriately.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services, advising clients accurately.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in customer service practices, and familiarity with medical assistant duties.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Addressing customer inquiries, providing product/service information, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and documenting interactions.
- Working Conditions: must be flexible to work in shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptable, attentive to detail, and capable of multitasking.
