Description

Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving complaints, especially those related to financial matters. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed. A background in financial courses or experience in the financial sector is preferred.

Requirement

- Must have completed Senior High School (SHS) or High School (HS).

- Must be 18 years or older.

- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service (CSE) or Call Center (CCE) is required.

- Excellent communication skills are crucial.

- A background in finance or experience in financial services is strongly preferred.
