Description

  • Attends general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
  • Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges 24/7 Hotline.
  • Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
  • Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
  • With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
  • Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
  • With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift.
  • With Computer/Desktop equipment.
  • Willing to be trained in Makati Office for 3 months and will be deployed in Batangas or Laguna Office after training.
  • With good internet connection
