Description

As a Service Manager for our warehouse, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, supervise daily activities, and coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Mechanical / electrical Engineering or a related field (advantage)
  • Experience in management of customer service center and after sales service unit or similar role is a must
  • Strong leadership and team management/ organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management software e.g., SAP, WMS (advantage)
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in operations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Certification in consumer service (advantage)
