Description

Generates and sends Letters of Communications to clients such as but not limited to Thank You Letters (TYLs) for Deposit Accounts and New Loan Bookings, Repricing Notices for Housing Loans and initiates the sending of SMS Text Blast reminders to clients for their documentary renewal requirements of the Bank;


  • Generates, prints, envelopes, and numbers TYLs and Repricing Notices;
  • Creates detailed Transmittal Letters to the Makati Central Post Office (MCPO) containing deposit, loan account, and repricing details and arranges according to regions for efficient cost monitoring;
  • Prepares cash advances relative to postage expenses - for eventual liquidation;
  • Coordinates with the MCPO relative to the status of delivery to be determined via PhilPost tracking numbers and return cards;
  • Notifies the branch/ unit and the Customer Management Officer (CMO) via e-mail should there be returned thank you letters;
  • Maintains database/ registry of all letters of communication sent and returned TYLs
  • Conducts regular monitoring of TYLs to comply with BSP’s mandate;

Requirement

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
  • At least less than 1 year of experience
