● Manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to attract potential customers

● Monitor and respond to customer inquiries.

● Provide detailed information about our services, housemaid profiles, rates, and booking process

● Continuously improve the chatbot's responses and user experience

● Analyze customer acquisition data and report on key metrics

● Collaborate with the Household Manager to ensure smooth customer handover.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

● 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or customer acquisition

● Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and chatbot platforms

● Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Familiarity with the household services industry in the Philippines, particularly in the NCR region

● Must have own Laptop
