Description

As a CRM Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Customer Relations system, ensuring positive interactions, experiences, and activity of customers to improve customer satisfaction. 



CRM System Management 

  • Day to day management of CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitoring of activities: 
  • Daily/monthly new acquisition of members, and monthly active users
  • Proactively engage with customers through various channels phone, email chat, social media to address inquiries, resolve issues and gather feedback


Data Analysis and Reporting 

  • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate performance of different customer communications and conduct A/B tests for optimization and improvements 
  • Analyze data and results to identify trends, patters, and areas for improvement.


In-app Content Management and Creation 

  • Ensure that posting and management of contents are accurate, relevant, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all contents before publishing to verify accuracy, grammar, spelling and adherence to company standards.
  • Configuration in app and implementation of content, ensuring timely and quality output to achieve set KPIs.


Communication and Collaboration 

  • Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure all activities in the CRM system are aligned and meets business needs and achieve successful execution and implementation.  
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage cross-departmental projects and initiatives related to in-app contents.


Planning and Execution 

  • Work closely with CRM Supervisor in developing CRM strategy and tactics, target metrics, and internal KPIs. 
  • Support CRM Supervisor in managing highly relevant and engaging CRM campaigns, brand communities, and other CRM related initiatives from conceptualization to execution/ 

Partnerships

  • Work closely with the CRM Supervisor in managing and executing all partnerships (i.e. lead generation, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration, follow-up, and results [as needed]) 
  • Monitor success of each partnership and manage relationships alongside CRM Supervisor. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or any related field. 
  • At least 1-2 years proven experience in CRM management and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in customer service, customer relations, or related role. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data driven decisions.
