Description

  • Design and create visually compelling graphics for product packaging, marketing materials, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business strategies.
  • Manage and execute projects from concept through completion within deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices in design technology and software.
  • Participate in brand strategy discussions and ensure brand consistency across all visual designs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; less than 1 year of professional experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Graphic Design, Rapid Prototyping, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Web Design, Creative Design, Digital Media Design, Graphic Design Production, and Video Editing.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Create visual content for digital and print media, contribute to design strategies, develop prototypes, edit videos, and collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality design solutions.
  • Working Conditions: This role requires working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often collaborating with other team members, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker with attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a passion for design trends and innovation.
