Description

  • Provide basic healthcare and first aid for on-site injuries or illnesses.
  • Maintain and manage all medical records ensuring confidentiality.
  • Develop health and safety policies aligned with company standards.
  • Conduct health screenings and organize wellness programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage employee leaves and returns-to-work.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required.
  • License: Must be RN
  • Experience Level: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an occupational health or corporate setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in clinical nursing skills, emergency response, and able to conduct health assessments and counseling.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide first aid, emergency care, conduct health screenings and promote wellness initiatives within the company.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting; may require standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive in health promotion.
