First-Aid

Description

  • Provide basic healthcare and first aid to employees.
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
  • Promote employee health by organizing wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers.
  • Assist in the management of workplace safety initiatives.
  • Support the HR department in health-related matters.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience Level: Preferably with less than 1 year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Solid first-aid skills and knowledge, ability to respond effectively to emergency situations, good communication skills, and basic computer literacy.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide first-aid treatment, conduct basic health checks, maintain medical records, and assist in health and wellness programs.
  • Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in a corporate office setting and be on-call for medical emergencies during work hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, attentive to detail, proactive in health and safety matters, and possesses a strong ethical code.
