Description
- Administrative Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Customer Interaction: Handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and providing information about the company's services.
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Proposal Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of bids and proposals for projects.
- Database Management: Maintaining customer databases and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Follow-up Activities: Coordinating follow-ups with clients and tracking the status of sales leads.
- Coordination: Working with other departments like engineering and procurement to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree: having a degree in a relevant field can be beneficial.
- 1 year Sales Work Experience
- On-the-Job Training: Learning through hands-on experience and training provided by the employer
