Description
- Conducts effective instruction and assessment during clinical practice trainings of undergraduate nurses and nurse professionals in the classroom, virtual skills laboratory, hospital, and community facilities.
- Facilitates education and evaluation to nursing students and nursing instructors within a specialized area of nursing.
- Guide and instruct students in the clinical, community and skills laboratory setting.
- Accommodate all students concern related to enrollment and online registration process.
- Develop and update HCT nursing course curricula.
- Conducts annual inventory of equipment, consumables, and tools in the skills laboratory.
- Represent HCT in presentation of training proposal to partner universities, hospitals, and other corporates agencies.
- Prepares annual budget for the Virtual Skills Laboratory.
- Supervise HCT nurse instructors in evaluating and submitting student’s grades and other requirements for graduation and certificate completion.
- Prepares document for CHED, TESDA, DOLE and PRC accreditation, registration, and renewal.
- Communicates directly to potential clients and customers over the phone.
- Directly reports to the Education Director and Program Chair.
- Teach nursing courses through online or face to face approach.
Requirement
- Education: Masters Degree in Nursing (MN, MAN, MSN) or any other allied Health Sciences, on going MAN, MN or MSN are considered.
- Experience: Teaching experience in BSN concepts, clinical instruction an advantage.
- A member of good standing, of an accredited Nursing Organization
- Should possess the following competencies:
