Ensures that all doctor’s orders are being implemented with 100% compliance with the treatment protocols / SOPs
To resolve all uncompleted orders and all existing patient concerns
Primary Medical Representative’s responsibility includes; educating and offering general support to patients and their family members about the diagnostic and treatment services offered at the NeuroCognitive Institute.
Medical record responsibilities include processing, requesting, faxing, mailing, printing and archiving all medical records.
Requirements
Graduate of any Medical Course, preferably Psychology and Nursing, with at least 4 years of experience in medical administration; especially in scheduling or as a medical secretary
Must be fluent in American English and have excellent written, verbal communication
Pleasant interpersonal skills also are a must.
Has a proven ability successfully interact with team members and patients.
Excellent time and task management skills needed.
Experienced and skilled with at least one practice management software program.
Experience and skilled working with cloud based programs
Home office option is available and candidate must be able to work mostly during US business hours.
