1. Evaluate Billings of Contractors and Consultants

2. Check and verify design revisions

3. Participate on Building Process for unawarded packages

4. Find qualified suppliers/contractors for unawarded packages

5. Monitor site progress based on schedule

6. Timely report problems of the site to the Engineering Manager

7. Find solutions for problems encountered on site

8. Draft contract for awarded projects

9. Coordinate with other departments involved w/ the project site.

• Must know how to read and execute plans
• Must monitor the daily accomplishment of contractors
• Will work closely with construction management team
• Must be able to evaluate billings and variation orders 
• With License as a Civil Engineer

Working Schedule:

• With alternate Saturday
• 9AM-6PM
