Planning Engineer

Description
- Assist in site preparation and layout planning.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot construction issues.
- Support project managers in achieving objectives and deadlines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Structural Design, Planning and Forecasting, Costing, and understanding Contract Specifications.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with specifications and regulations, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams.
- Working Conditions: On-site construction environments; ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork capabilities.
