Description :

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Identify customers’ needs and clarify information.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers through excellent service.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in handling computer and telephone systems, ability to handle stressful situations calmly and with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, manage and resolve customer complaints, provide product and service information, and document customer interactions. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set by the company.
  • Working Conditions: Work within a busy call center environment, adhere to a strict schedule, and be prepared to work in shifts that may involve evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Possess a strong work ethic, show initiative, demonstrate reliability, maintain patience and politeness, especially under pressure, and have a customer-oriented approach to service delivery.
