A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE 

  • Answering chats or emails from customers. 
  • Ensuring the job requests are screened and invited to the correct businesses.  
  • Collaborating with other teams and Sydney Stakeholders  
  • Handling customers feedback and complaints 

Requirements

A BIT ABOUT YOU 

  • At least 2yrs of CSR and/or Backoffice (Email, Chat and/or Admin) experience in a BPO setting.  
  • Good communication skills 
  • Willing to work onsite
