  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional demeanor
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Manage customer accounts and process orders or adjustments
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Work with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language and excellent customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries, provide information and assistance, resolve issues and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, required to adhere to schedules and manage multiple tasks.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patient, empathetic, adaptable, problem-solving ability, and able to work under pressure.
