- Maintain and operate cutting tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the work area.

- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures and regulations.

- At least High School Graduate

- With experience in handling meats

- No visible tattoo

- Must have a strong communication, task management, and customer service skills.

- Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, and work in cold environments.
