Description
- Responsible for cutting, grinding, deboning and preparing meats as to proper specification
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment for cutting in good condition
- Responsible for weighing, packaging and displaying of goods/products
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls
- Proper recording and ordering of meat inventory
- Knowledge in cooking
- Keep a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
- Graduate from TESDA SLAUGHTERING OPERATIONS NC 11(Butcher/Meat Cutting)
- Attended courses in GMP and 5's,is an advantage
- Should have extensive knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
- With at least 1 year of experience
- Ability to use equipment for cutting
