Description
- Responsible in writing business process manual and system/ application manual.
- Evaluates existing business processes and recommends areas of improvement.
- Prepares test scripts/ scenarios that will be used for testing the new system/ application.
- Participates in the testing of the new system/ application.
- Other tasks assigned by the Business Process Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder of Industrial Engineering and/ or any related business degree course
- Excellent written & communication skills
- With 2 yrs. relevant experience
