• Conduct market research to identify and assess the viability of new markets for hog carcasses and meat products.
• Develop a comprehensive sales plan for forward integration, including target markets, pricing strategies, and sales channels.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers in the meat industry, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts for the supply of hog carcasses and meat products.
• Oversee the sales process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products according to customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations to analyze market performance and sales results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for the forward integration strategy.

• Must be a College Graduate

• With 2-3yrs experience in Sales and Marketing

• Knowledgeable in MS office/Excel

• Have a good math skills

• Detail oriented

• Can handle multi-tasks job
