• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify market opportunities and

• Project Management: 
• Participate in the planning of blockchain-related products or businesses, offering optimization suggestions and recommendations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress of blockchain projects. 
• Risk Management: 
• Identify and assess potential risks in blockchain projects, providing risk mitigation suggestions. 
• Monitor market dynamics, promptly identifying and reporting potential market fluctuations and risk factors. 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, or related fields, with a solid technical foundation. 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the blockchain industry. 
• Excellent independent research skills, capable of handling complex data sets and structured thinking to produce high-quality research reports. 
• Familiarity with major blockchain platforms and at least one programming language such as Python or Solidity. 
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, proficient in creating documents such as PPTs.
