Cost Analysis: Analyze and evaluate operational costs, including labor, materials, and overheads. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational goals and financial targets.
Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and financial analyses for the Division Head, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement cost-reduction strategies and operational efficiencies.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cost-related data. Utilize data analysis tools to generate actionable insights.
Benchmarking: Compare operational costs against trends and industry standards and benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
Support: Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed, including cost-benefit analysis and scenario planning.
P&L: Monitor daily expenses per site vs planned cost
Billings: Ensure that all billings are submitted on time
AR/AP: Monitor aging and recommend action plans
Controls: All purchase request should be validated and signed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
