Description

  • Prepare and serve drinks: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensure proper garnishes and glassware.
  • Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, recommend drinks, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness: Keep the bar area, glasses, and utensils clean and organized.
  • Stock and inventory management: Track and restock bar supplies, dispose of expired items, and ensure the bar is well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work with other bartenders and waitstaff for efficient service.
  • Upsell: Promote special drinks or bar promotions to increase sales.

Requirement

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior bartending or related experience preferred, with knowledge of drink recipes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, cash handling, and multitasking abilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items; work under pressure during peak hours.
  • Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and able to handle stressful situations while working well with the team.
