DETAILS OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive innovations and formulate new recipes, develop menu sets, and a sound product mix through constant product research and market study.
• Monitoring of product quality (expiration, consistency of the demo products in the bar) throughout its shelf life and storage environment.
• Participates on various company events, trade shows, product launches, and other marketing engagements including content for digital or social media.
• Be able to give sound recommendations and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends on coffee, tea, specialty beverages, mixers, trending food items, among others.
• Be the main person in charge for all the menu creation in all events, activation, or coffee/ beverage cart (for promotion or selling) for EQ and/or Curve. This includes, but may not be limited to – preparation of products needed, consumables, other ingredients needed for the success of the event/ activation, other materials and equipment needed to be able to execute the event/ activation, and the overall look of the booth when it comes to product/ visual presentation.
• Man all medium to major EQ and/or Curve events, activation, or pop-ups as the main mixologist/ barista-in-charge.
• Be able to manage his schedule in an organized and efficient manner especially those that needs his physical and actual participation.
• Observes a high level of hygiene and lifestyle habits that promote good health.
• Be able to conduct an EQ learning class that includes EQ flagship products and services amongst internal and external audiences. This includes but not limited to preparing the module, the program flow, engagement points, featured products, practical uses, or any business potential.
• Be able to qualify and provide sales leads because of his/her given expertise, product, and market knowledge through continuous prospecting and thus contribute to overall sales growth.
• Prepares items for sales demos that are well-researched and prepared with the sales team. This may include but not limited to asking questions about the potential client’s business – set-up, theme, target market, location, seating capacity, number of staff, price point, etc.
• Recipe formulation with detailed costing (client requirements).
• Conducts product demonstrations and assist the sales teams in sales calls and visits.
• Be a catalyst in closing the sale by giving objective and business-driven feedback to the sales team from the demos that were conducted.
• Ensures compliance with the company policies and standards.
• Conducts himself with professional demeanor especially on the different social media platforms when mentioning or implying his affiliation with the company.
• Playing the role of a team player whereby tasks outside area of responsibility may be assigned from time to time as required by the Management in meeting company objectives.

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or any relevant course.
• 6 months to 1-year of work experience as a Mixologist or any related role
• Coffee knowledge, basic safety, and inventory.
• With Good Verbal Communication Skills.
• With Good Customer service.
• Knowledgeable in espresso machines and coffee shop equipment
