Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods (bread, pastries, etc.)
- Ensure consistency and quality of products
- Follow recipes and maintain portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety
- Ability to work early hours and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
