The Backhoe Operator is responsible for operating backhoes and other heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. The operator must ensure the safe operation of the equipment while working on construction sites, digging trenches, backfilling, or performing other excavation duties according to project specifications.

• 1-2 years experienced with valid license and NCII Certificate
• Knowledge of construction and excavation techniques, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
