Operates the compactor and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
Operates multi-axle trash compactor to collect and transport solid waste materials.
Receives assigned routes from supervisor; drives vehicle slowly along streets, while labourers, walking beside vehicles, pick up and load it in the vehicle.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment. always ensuring the backup alarm is operable.
Safety operates roller in successive overlapping passes over surfaces to be compacted. rolling fill materials on desired compaction and smoothness.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a compactor operator or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating heavy machinery, knowledge of safety protocols, and excellent spatial awareness.
Responsibilities and Duties: Operate compactors for waste management, perform routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions, may involve physical strain.
