Description

  • The Assistant Manager for Merchandising - Fashion will play a pivotal role in driving the success of merchandising - Fashion team. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Merchandising Manager in all aspects of product development, assortment planning, and inventory management.
  • You will be a key contributor to achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring a compelling and customer-centric shopping experience.
  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in fashion merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
    • Strong understanding of product development, assortment planning, and inventory management principles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong Communication and interpersonnal skills
