Recommends strategic operations system to President and VP together with co-Operation Officers.
Manages, executes and report the Branch's expenses on repairs and maintenance/mall charges if there is any.
Assists in sourcing out freelance external service provider for repair and maintenance and Monitoring their operational performance /accomplishment.
Managing both the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
Leads, monitor and analyze the daily operations of the branches.
Responsible for sustaining a healthy, positive team environment, and ensuring that service operations are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Give Credits and rewards to staff/Branch with excellent performance.
