This position is the second line of support for our valued merchants providing them with technical support. They play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of our product/services. 

• Provide Level 2 support on all services of Paynamics.
• Responsible for minor code activities.
• Responds to all client's technical questions of merchant concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our platforms.
• Familiarization with the roles or capabilities of each team in the IT department allows for easy escalation of issues to Level 3 support if necessary.
• Prepare incident or investigation service reports as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Paynamics’ products and services and innovate new ways to serve businesses.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives per business needs. 

• Proficient with relevant MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Has technical knowledge of web applications and programming languages such as
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML and SOAP/REST API's.
• Basic knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Basic knowledge in version control (i.e. git) and Remote Server.
• Basic knowledge in Postman collection & Amazon Cloudwatch 
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with a ticketing system (ie. JIRA, FreshDesk)
• Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
