Description

Job holders contribute to the growth and profitability of E.S. Print Media Inc. by being responsible in providing product installation and technical support services to clients at various levels, such as, but not limited to, phone support (Level 1), remote support (Level 2) and onsite technical support (Level 3).

Requirements


•             Graduate of Information Technology, Engineering, Graphic Arts and Printing Technology (GAPT) or any.

•             With excellent communications skills (oral and written).

•             Can troubleshoot common computer hardware and software problems.

•             Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suites e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator.

•             Job entails going out on field work and client visits.

•             Can work with minimum supervision.

•             Persistent & tireless attitude.
