WORK ( Monday to Saturday )


We are looking for a dedicated Airbnb Manager’s Assistant who consistently goes beyond expectations in providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operations. This position requires working from Monday to Saturday and is ideal for someone with a background in Hotel and Restaurant Management.



  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
  • Assist with daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning when the manager is unavailable.
  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations both over the phone and in person efficiently and courteously.
  • Use selling techniques to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Oversee room allocations based on guest preferences and special requests.
  • Manage phone calls, wake-up calls, and guest messages promptly, offering more than expected assistance when needed.
  • Participate in hotel committees and task force assignments as needed.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel services, facilities, policies, room rates, and local attractions.
  • Lead and motivate the hotel staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to hotel standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • at least one year experience and Familiarity with the Airbnb App
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant and engaging personality.
  • Capability to manage housekeeping staff.
  • Leadership skills to effectively lead small teams.
  • Energetic personality with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional grooming standards.
