Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and agents in the manufacturing and industrial supplies sector.
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and develop new sales opportunities, provide product information, and manage client accounts.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
