• Ensure products are distributed, placed, merchandised, and payments are collected according to standards.
• Quickly place new products and monitor re-orders in all covered outlets.

B. Inventory Management

• Manage outlet stock inventory to reduce stock issues like bad orders, stock-outs, or overstocking.
• Follow strict inventory checks through the salesforce automation (SFA) system.

C. Bad Orders and Stock Returns  

• Enforce policies on bad orders and returns to prevent illegitimate bad orders and meet bad order goals.

D. Report Preparation and Collection Submission  

• Submit accurate reports, purchase orders, and collections on time.

E. Marketing Program Assistance

• Support marketing programs by staying updated on market trends, product innovations, and pricing changes, and provide necessary feedback to Marketing.

F. Pricing  

• Ensure competitive pricing of our products across all outlets.

G. Customer Relations  

• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure continued support for company products and strategic product displays.

H. Competitive Reporting  

• Provide timely and accurate reports on competitor activities and trade conditions relevant to our products.

1. College degree holder preferably along the area of management, marketing or its equivalent.
2. Preferably with product experience followed by a selling experience of at least a year.
3. Should pass MNC Distributor Personnel Qualifying Exam
