Job summary

Manage procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth operation.


  • Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts related to procurement needs.
  • Support administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in procurement or administrative roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
