• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with wineries and distributors to obtain favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry developments.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders in coordination with the Importation Officer and Inventory Officer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all Distribution and Retail Suppliers.
• Manage and update a database of supplier information, product details, and pricing.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials for specific wines.
• Effectively manage and forecast procurement budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless wine selection and procurement.
• Review hotel and restaurant accreditations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong numerical and administrative skills for accurate order processing and data entry.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of purchasing information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Adherence to company standards, policies, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
