1. Assist the Compensation and Benefits team, which includes items such as mail sorting, process return mail, coordinate mailings and printing, update orientation materials, new hire paperwork, initial notices to new hires and other general benefits administration
2. Assist in updating policies, procedures and content on Company benefits
3. Asssist in compensation and benefits administration
4. Data Entry for all New Hires in Payroll and Benefits systems
5. Reconciliation of monthly benefits invoices
6. Filing and maintaining Benefits and Payroll files
7. Basic Payroll processing
8. Performing verification of employment requests as needed
9. Assist with health and welfare plans including enrollments and terminations
Ability to commute / relocate:
Qualifications
• 4 years College Graduate of any course
• With experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Proficiency in Payroll is a plus
• HRIS and Microsoft Office applications

• Salary is Negotiable
This is a 1-month Fully Onsite role, amenable to commute or relocate before starting to work.
