Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, ensuring information is current and organized.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Project Assistance: Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Office Management and Operations, or any related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency required.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, maintain records, assist in research tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require flexibility.
