Description
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned account.
- Collaborating with Creatives and Implementation Departments to develop and implement campaigns that effectively communicate the client's message.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client requirements.
- Presenting campaign ideas and results to clients, providing clear and constructive feedback to the creative team.
- Consistently engage and communicate with clients on project updates and progress
- Coordinate with the core internal team to develop concepts for projects.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Promptly address client requests and requirements.
- Engage and participate in project management duties
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communication/Advertising/Commerce is a must.
- 1- 3 years of experience
