Description
- Monitoring of DR and collection in all site thru viber
- Recording of Daily Sales in Excel file
- Prepares and update statement of accounts of clients
- Prepares Account receivables from Cashier Collection
- Encode Sales Collection in SAP
- Follow up Sales collections and cheque payments
- Follow up DR all sites and checking of deposit slip
- Prepares Statement of Account and Summarizes Account Receivables
- Cash Payroll releasing every 15th and 30th of the month
- Recording of Monthly Sales in Manual
- Checks daily deposit slip against the bank statement
- Monitoring of outstanding Accounts Receivables for specific clients
- Prepares Monthly Account Receivables report
- Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Stay in Setup not required
- with at least 5 years up experienced specialized in Accounting
