Prepare financial documents such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports for RD Pawnshop.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures in the Banking & Financial Services industry.
Manage company ledgers and bookkeeping, providing accurate recording of financial transactions.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Administer payroll, tax filings, and other financial obligations.
Maintain confidentiality of the organization's financial information.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience Level: Entry-level, no previous experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, General Ledger management, Billing, Compliance with financial regulations, Purchasing, expertise in QuickBooks, and preparing Financial Statements.
