We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes and provide timely reconciliation for the accounts use for payables.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial statements.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed by the bookkeeper
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• With knowledge of accounting software such as Odoo or fast learner and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
