Description
- Maintain ledger; record and document financial transactions of assigned companies
- Prepare and oversees bank reconciliations and balance financial records
- Handle monthly payroll disbursements and invoices, and confirm expense vouchers and purchase orders
- Check employee timesheets for accuracy
- Prepare and present regular reports about finances of company/ies including budgets, debts, deficits, expenditures, and revenue
- Review data to ensure that proper procedures are being followed
- Conduct or assist with fixed asset audits
- Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns in compliance with payment and reporting regulations.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of financial documents
- Communicate with Manager on work status and issues that arise
- Perform other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior
Requirement
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or other related course
- Preferably a Licensed CPA, but not required
- One (1) year of working experience in the related field is a plus
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning, and/or Audit in major Philippine and/or multinational corporations is a plus
