- Maintain organized records of financial documents, including ledgers, journals, receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions.
- Oversee document processing and reconciliation, ensuring all invoices, billing statements, statements of account, receiving reports, and purchase orders are accurately recorded and filed.
- Establish and update records for investments, fixed assets, and project portfolios.
- Coordinate with accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle administrative duties and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as may be required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or records management.
- Experience with document management and accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage X3, Xero, and Microsoft Excel, as well as Lark Approval.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear record documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality in handling financial records.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on deadlines and time management.
