Description

  • Manage financial transactions and records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial statements for the property
  • Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliation, tax filings, and cash flow analysis.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize budgeting and strategic financial planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information and provide insights to enhance financial performance.

Requirement

Job Title: Property Accountant


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field required.


Experience Level:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial management.
  • Experience with general ledger reconciliation and bookkeeping.
  • Skilled in accounts receivable and payable.
  • Ability to perform financial due diligence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct financial reporting and general ledger accounting.
  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions.
  • Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.


Working Conditions:

  • Office setting with standard working hours.
  • May require overtime during peak financial periods.
