  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications and inquiries
  • Manages and supports account teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects
  • Allocates new accounts and tasks to team members
  • Monitors team performance and provides guidance as needed
  • Communicates with clients daily to ensure their satisfaction
  • Reports on activities and account status

Requirements

  • The candidate should be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills are required
  • Experience in HR or timekeeping is necessary
  • The candidate must be willing to start as soon as possible
